The Anacostia Watershed Restoration Partnership (AWRP), a consortium of local, state, and federal agencies, environmental organizations, and residents led by the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG), is rolling out new decals along the Anacostia River Trails to help reduce trash and debris in the river while strengthening recognition of the Anacostia River Trails brand.
