Join Glen Echo’s beloved Puppet Co. in celebrating it’s 40th birthday at this magical outdoor reimagined performance of Peter and The Wolf. Peter and The Wolf is a fan favorite in the Puppet Co’s repertoire. Created nearly 70 years ago by The Puppet Co. founder, Christopher Piper’s father, with puppets handcrafted by Christopher, this delightful and updated version of this classic  folktale is sure to delight audiences of all ages.  Join us for this Puppet Co. Legacy favorite, with a new spin. This English and Russian bilingual production will incorporate the classic music in this two-person small marionette romp.

This event will be held at Flower Avenue Urban Park on Saturday, August 12 and begins at 10:00 am. Guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and picnic blankets for viewing.

Sign Language Interpretation will be provided by Montgomery Park’s Program Access.
