Connecting Land, River, and Sky Birding Boat Tour @ Anacostia Park

Join Anacostia Riverkeeper and DC Audubon Society for a birding tour by land and boat!

ATTENTION: All participants must sign this waiver linked here.

All aboard! The Connecting Land, River, and Sky Birding Tours are a two-hour experience of the beautiful birds that live on land and water in Washington D.C. The first hour is a guided walk with DC Audubon Society. Next, hop aboard the Anacostia Riverkeeper boat to discuss the cultural and natural history of the Anacostia River.

There is no attendee cap for the walking portion with DC Audubon Society, but there is a hard cap of 20 passengers total for the boat tour, as set by the United States Coast Guard.

Meet us at 7:00 AM in the Anacostia Park parking lot by the dock/boat ramp (near the skating pavilion).

Bring comfortable walking shoes and keep the weather in mind when dressing for this event!
