A celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Clean Water Act and progress towards a "swimmable and fishable" Anacostia. Launch of watercraft will occur at several locations. Walks to the Rally site will be staged on both sides of the River. Wildlife Photographer Bill MacFarland will be on site to document the Gathering of the Fleet at Sunset and Moonrise.
