Yoga with Adrienne Shaw at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens

Engage in an hour-long, slow-paced yoga class as instructor Adrienne Shaw teaches participants about breathing and movement. Practice yoga in a group setting while enjoying the sights and sounds of the Gardens on a summer morning.

Participants should bring a water bottle, yoga mat, snack, bug spray, sun protection (sunscreen/block, hat, sunglasses), and/or anything else one may carry when spending time outdoors.
