Over the next three years, the District Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) and our design-build team, led by MCN Build and Hickok Cole Architects, will design and construct improvements on Kingman + Heritage Islands to prioritize restoration and conservation of the natural ecology with a focus on educational opportunities for visitors of all ages.
