You'll learn about the history and ecology of the Anacostia River, the threats to its health, and the progress towards its restoration during a two-hour boat tour aboard our pontoon boat along the river's main stem from Maryland into the District of Columbia.

We will again be hosted by the Anacostia Watershed Society, which offers these free trips for educational purposes. The pontoon boat is mostly covered, so it can handle sun and light rain.
