The Washington Area Bicyclist Association is all about multimodal transportation - so they're giving stand up paddleboarding (SUP) a try during the Year of the Anacostia!

WABA will be leading a bike ride along the beautiful Anacostia River Trail to go SUP'ing on the Anacostia River at The Ballpark Boathouse. Stand up paddleboarding combines kayaking, surfing and canoeing all in one. If you always wanted to try this, come along—it's going to be a learning experience for everyone. Afterwards, the group will grab ice cream at Jubilee!

Additional Details:

This is a one-way ride to the Ballpark Boathouse. The ride is about 4 miles.
