Yoga at Cedar Hill

Celebrate the Year of the Anacostia with the National Park Service and Nature Sacred for Yoga at Cedar Hill! Yoga classes will be held on the following dates:

  6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• July 28
  8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
• August 21
  6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• August 25
  8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Bring your yoga mats and unwind while overlooking one of the best views in Washington. Classes are held on the front lawn of Douglass's home. 

In the event of rain, classes will be held in the Frederick Douglass National Historic Site Visitor Center Auditorium, located near the parking lot. 

These classes are a part of our yearlong bicentennial commemoration of Frederick Douglass's life and legacy.
